Timber Lake is a private community of 240 residences located approximately two miles east of the intersection of Apalachee Parkway and Capital Circle Southeast in Tallahassee, FL. Our homeowners association is a non profit corporation dedicated to maintaining roads, street lights, the Commons and Pavilion areas.
We hope that our website will promote communication between the members of our HOA and the Board of Directors, as well as anyone interested in hearing more about our community.

Electricity is available now at the pavilion, upon reservation/request, first come first serve. Please email the 1st VP, at 1stvp.tlha@gmail.com to reserve so the power can be cut on since it is not available 24/7. The Association dues for 2025 will be $210.
The Timber Lake HOA is now accepting online payments for annual dues via Zelle. In order to send you annual payment through Zelle, complete the following steps. 1. Verify that your bank is a Zelle partner, go to the P2P or Send Money section of your bank's mobile app or website (this might also be referred to as "Sending funds via email or mobile #"). 2. Click the Send button. 3. Add Timber Lake Homeowners Association as a recipient using the following email address, treasurer.tlha@gmail.com or by scanning the QR code below. It is critical that the email address is entered correctly, if there is a typo Timber Lake HOA will not receive your payment. 4. Enter the amount for the 2025 annual dues, $210.00. 5. In the memo/"What's it for" field enter your street address,first and last name and HOA Dues. If you do not provide your street address and name, Timber Lake HOA cannot guarantee that your account will be properly credited with your payment. Memo Field Example: 4147 Cottage Wood Trail Ginger Potts HOA Dues. 6. Click send. 7. The amount for dues is $215 until February 28,2025. Any dues not paid before March 1, 2025 will be referred for collection and attorney fees will also be assessed |

Please submit all Estoppel requests to our Treasurer via email at treasurer.tlha@gmail.com along with your check in the amount of $100 made out to Timber Lake HOA
